By engaging the services of AM Combi‐Care Ltd you are accepting liability for all costs related to an
attendance including those not covered by Rational during the warranty period.
We use genuine Rational spare parts, 12 months warranty applies to parts fitted to non‐warranty
units only (some exclusions apply).
In all instances aborted calls, works refused by site and/or calls cancelled whilst the engineer is enroute/
after arrival, will be charged at £131.00 per occurrence.

Call out and first hour minimum charge, additional labour charged in 15 minute increments.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Costs include 2 hours labour, labour exceeding 2 hours will be charged in 15 minute increments at
the applicable rate.
Additional costs for parts required will be indicated whilst on site or a quotation for further works
supplied if we are unable to complete works on initial attendance.
